Ordering & payment

How do I order from SnappyPk?

Browse the shop, use Quick Add on a card or open a piece for photos and materials, then open your cart and Proceed to Checkout. We support Cash on Delivery (COD)—pay the courier when your jewellery arrives.

Do you store my card details?

COD orders do not require a card. If you add online payments later, card data should be handled only by your certified payment provider, never stored in plain text on our servers.

Jewellery care (SnappyPk)

How should I look after fashion jewellery?

Keep pieces dry: put them on after perfume and lotion, and take them off before showers or swimming. Store in the pouch provided, away from sunlight and humidity. Wipe with a soft dry cloth—avoid dips, toothpaste, or abrasives that can strip plating.

I have sensitive ears—what should I check?

Read each product’s metal and post description. If you need nickel-free or surgical steel, confirm on the listing or ask us on WhatsApp before buying. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returnable once the hygiene seal is broken—see our Returns & exchange policy.

Shipping across Pakistan

Where do you deliver?

We ship jewellery nationwide. Remote areas may take an extra day or two. You will receive tracking by SMS or WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.

Pick Any 3 bundle

Add any 3 items to your cart (same piece or mixed styles) to unlock our bundle deal: 15% off that order and free standard delivery, even if you are under the usual spend threshold. Progress toward the bundle is shown in your cart.

Shipping cost & free delivery

Checkout shows exact shipping. You get FREE standard delivery when your cart qualifies for the Pick Any 3 bundle, when your subtotal meets our free-delivery threshold (see the progress bar in your cart), or when checkout shows shipping as free for your order.

How long does delivery take?

Major cities are often 2–4 business days after dispatch. Allow longer during Eid sales, public holidays, or courier disruptions.

Order tracking

How do I track my parcel?

After dispatch we share a tracking number. If it stalls, send us your order ID on WhatsApp and we will chase it with the courier.

Sign in & accounts

Guest checkout keeps things simple. If you add customer accounts later, shoppers can sign in to see past SnappyPk orders. The checkout Sign in link can point to your auth flow when ready.
