Returns & exchange policy

1. Overview

This policy explains cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed with SnappyPk, including Cash on Delivery (COD). By completing a purchase, you accept the version of this policy in force at the time of order.

2. Order confirmation & changes

You should receive confirmation by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. If the delivery address or item is wrong, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the parcel has left our dispatch point, rerouting may not be possible or may incur extra courier fees.

3. Return window & condition (jewellery)

• 7-day return window: For eligible pieces, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery, unless local law gives you longer.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, free of scratches or tarnish from use, in original packaging with tags, pouches, and any certificates or cards included. We may refuse returns that show wear, bent posts, stretched bands, or missing parts.
• Pierced earrings (hygiene): For health and hygiene, pierced earrings are not returnable if the hygiene seal has been removed, backs have been tried on, or the pair shows any sign of wear. Clip-ons and non-pierced styles follow the general condition rules above.
• Usually non-returnable: Engraved or personalised pieces, custom lengths or sizes made to order, final-sale items marked on the product page, gift cards, and heavily discounted clearance where stated.

4. Exchanges (rings, sizes, colour swaps)

We want you to love how your jewellery fits and feels.

• Size / colour exchange: If another size or finish is in stock, we will happily arrange a one-time exchange within the same 7-day window, subject to inspection. You may be asked to pay any price difference before we ship the replacement, or receive a partial refund if the new item costs less.
• Rings: Adjustable or open-band designs can often be gently resized by the wearer—follow the product note. Fixed-size rings must be exchanged for another size only while unworn and eligible under section 3.
• Bridal & sets: If your order is a multi-piece set, exchanges typically apply to the full set returned together unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
• Out of stock: If your preferred exchange is sold out, we may offer store credit or a refund according to section 6.

5. How to start a return or exchange

1. WhatsApp or email us with your order number, item name, and whether you want a return or exchange (and the desired replacement, if any).
2. We will confirm eligibility and send a return authorisation with the return address and packing instructions.
3. Pack jewellery in a small rigid box inside a padded outer mailer so pieces are not crushed. Include your order number on a slip inside the parcel.
4. Use a traceable courier where possible. We cannot refund parcels lost on the way back to us without proof of posting.

6. Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If you receive the wrong item, a manufacturing defect, or damage from shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our cost when the fault is confirmed—including reasonable return shipping where applicable.

7. Refunds (COD)

Approved returns are usually refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet after we receive and inspect the jewellery. Please allow 7–14 business days from approval. Original COD shipping is typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

8. Cancellations before dispatch

Cancel before dispatch and you will not be charged for COD. After dispatch, the parcel must be received before a return or exchange under this policy.
